Four actions in the district court for Dakota county, consolidated for trial and heard together on appeal, one by Ivan Berg for personal injuries and property damage; one by Rose Berg for personal injuries; one on behalf of Richard Berg by his father and natural guardian for personal injuries; and one by Loretta Maher for personal injuries, all arising out of an intersection collision between an auto owned and operated by defendant and one owned and operated by plaintiff Ivan Berg in which the other plaintiffs were passengers. The cases were tried before W. A. Schultz, Judge, and a jury, which returned a verdict for Ivan Berg for $5,600; for Rose Berg, $400; for Richard Berg, $250 which was increased by additur to $475; and for Loretta Maher, $800. Plaintiffs appealed from the judgments entered.
